- My first thought may be the anxiety speaking. My second thought is truly how I think.

- I empathize with others. Others empathize with me.
- I am my own worst critic
- I do not constantly judge others and their actions. Why would others constantly judge me or my actions?
- I can/will learn to recognize my triggers
- I can overcome my anxiety

- Experience will lessen the impact of my anxiety
- Ask myself, “Are these thoughts realistic?”
